Rotafix - how tight?

How hard am I supposed to rotate the wheel when I'm using the Rotafix method of tightening a cog?

I don't need to Rotafix since I use a lockring, but I was wondering in case I ever needed to use it.

Also, I'm not interested in whether or not you think a chain whip is better than Rotafixing.
