Feet of Eternal Happines
The following is a paid infomercial:
Skitbraviking doesn't normally plug products but today, since the good people of Sidi are paying such a hefty sum, he will plug his new shoes. His feet were very, very happy today after his very first ride wearing his new Catapult model Sidi MTB shoes while riding fixed. Not only do they fit extremely well; not only do they walk the streets well; but they also clip far easier than road shoes. These shoes, Skitbra thinks, provide a service that most people who ride urban fixed or SS due to the features mentioned above, but also because a fellow rider, 165, has pointed out that they will last like 6 or 7 or even more years because they are a quality product. Yes, Skitbraviking is a happy camper and so are his feet. Consider a pair for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

yup - the Swede speaks the truth. I have a pair of Sidis from 1998 (MTB style) and used them to commute when in the city proper. For the past year I have been back and forth on toe clips. And for non-winter months, toe clips win.

I've got some sidi's I really like, and I typically wear them all day. Just some of the cheaper, two velcro strap, MTB shoes. They're comfy.

I'll be getting a pair sometime down the line. The Rampas were a little tight on the left foot but I'll maybe try the wider size - though I could probably stretch them out. I wanted the Dominator's or some other similar buckle one anyhows.

I think the new Dominators are out, so you might find a pair of the older ones on the cheap.
