Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? Bikes: '07 Pista, '09 Fantom Cross Uno, '8? Miyata, '67 Stingray, '0? Zoo mod trials, Tallbike, Chopper, '73 Schwinn Collegiate, '67 Triumph Chopper, '69 CB350, '58 BSA Spitfire, '73 CB450

Your frame *might* be able to be cold-set by a competent frame builder with proper jig. If you headtube is out of alignment, that means that your top and downtube are likely bent/possibly compromised. Take it to a pro.

depending on your frame's headtube being OK, all-city makes a nice straight blade 1 1/8th fork. not super expensive, not exactly cheap....

Leader's straight blade steel fork is nice too (but a little on the beefy side). It's the exact same fork found on '07-'10 Schwinn Madisons.
