Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? i think most colnagos have a club in the lugs and say colnago on the bb shell. is that real chrome one the chainstay or a sticker? what do the dropouts say?

I want that color. Oh you'll need a stem, bars, seatpost, a saddle, and a crank set.

sometimes i feel as though the people that dont know what theyre buying get the good deals.

no offense. good deal though. id make it geared, and if you dont want to make it geared, ill take it off your hands for cash.

Dude must live in Des Moines. You'd never find a Colnago (even a fake one) for $100 around here.

Take some better pictures. What's the tubing decal say?

That looks like a very nice frame to start. If I believed it was a real Colnago, I would strongly recommend you build it back to its intended use as a geared bike. I can't be certain without better pictures, but that fork definitely doesn't look original Colnago.

I would say the 3rensho was decently priced. But nowhere near a 90 dollar colnago.

It's a pursuit frame (to my extra extra shock!)... maybe their pursuit frames had different forks...

Sure has a lot of braze-ons for a pursuit frame.

What makes you think it's a pursuit frame?

And to the OP... where did you get it exactly?

I say its a fake. Nothing on it really looks like typical Colnago.

Well from the 2nd pic in the OP it looks like the fork takes a 650 and the angle of the top tube....

Not sure if its real or fake, even tho I own a master x light (my only/ 1st colnago)... I'll let you experts draw the conclusions.

Almost all road frames tilt forward when it is sitting on its bottom bracket and fork ends.

Is that the stock fork? I mean don't they all have the clubs logo on the fork crown?
