Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Red Basso (Boston-area)

Is there anyone here who rides a red Basso track that was parked over by the CambridgeSide Galleria just now? That is a super trick bike, I'm way jealous. I really wish I had my camera so I could take some pictures.

I think that guy works for Marathon. I used to have one like that but sold it to a friend in NY. I miss that frame. Now I go to cry in the dark.
