decal removal?
I have a pretty new yellow KHS flite 100 that would just look so much better without the huge KHS decal(s). They seem to be under one or more layers of some kind of clear-coat. Is there a way (or multiple ways) to remove these decals?
I looked through the archives and saw people recommending nail polish and lighter fluid... Will either of these methods work?
thanks in advance

Those methods are for removing the decals IF they were not clearcoated over. TO remove the stickers, you'll have to remove the clearcoat somehow, which to me, sounds like a real PITA and something that may ruin the paint.

I took the decals off a frame that had been clearcoated over using nail polish remover. I got a paper towel lightly damp and the used a rubber band to hold it over the decals for about 5 or 10 minutes. This softens the decals and the clearcoat, and if you're careful you can just peel/chip off the decals. If you dig too hard it's easy to damage the paint because the nail polish remover will have softened it also. Once the decals have been removed there will also be spots left behind with no clearcoat left on them so you'd probably want to touch that up with wetsanding and a spray can of clearcoat. How good it looks depends on how careful you are.
