This bike confuses me. The Felt Griloc. It's labeled as a fixed gear but has 3 speeds? Either way it looks like a really nice bike for $350. Any advice?

You should always low-ball on Craigslist, but that seems like a reasonable deal assuming they're really all brand new.

brand new Leader Frame 725 track back on a fixed gear, state bike rims, new tires with low miles.
its a very nice seafoam green in mint conditions. The front tire is 700x23 with a matte black rim, and the back is 700x25 with a white rim. The handle bar are bullhorns with black and white tape.
Stickers are removable.
They're asking 650 for it, you guys think it's a good price? I offered 500, hoping to get it for 550.

I'm more irate about the fizik k1 in that mediocre build.... it appears the owner got the k1 for the slim profile so he can fit the bike with an already slammed seatpost.
