Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Any suggestions on a certain cruiser or brand of cruiser? I don't think I have even seen one of these before :/

Fit makes a nice one.

$470 - https://www.danscomp.com/107096.php

The last cruiser I had was a Haro Backtrail 24. I'm not sure if Haro still makes that or not. This was years ago.

I recommend: https://www.amazon.com/Sunday-Model-2.../dp/B003B8CU2E
It's darn close to 20" geo with 24" wheels, or, if you want to maintain excellent commutability, shell out the cash and build up a Milwaukee Bruiser

Cheers
