Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Threads goofin' on the Faggin name is a BF classic! Seems like one comes along every 3-6 months.

As for the bike, I'd give $125 if there was an OBO and it really was 54cm. Like others have alluded to, I've never seen a headtube that long on a classic 54cm frame that takes a 700c front wheel, however.

Awww, c'mon yobatts. If you do see any reasonably priced white and chrome Italian frames, make sure you post them please. Just cuz they make you sleepy doesn't mean someone out there doesn't want it.

I'm not (completely) ****ing with you, just joshin' around with ya. It is a pretty good frame, but it is Tretubi, which is a bummer, and quite a bit of money. If it was all SL then that would be a slightly different story. But even then, considering the condition of the frame (a LOT of chipped paint around the headset, etc.), that's not a screamin' deal.

I just guessed that you were having fun with the name. Sorry if I was wrong in that assumption.

I mean, I got my Pinarello complete for $400, and that was kinda high back when I got it in 2000, cuz no one wanted road bikes back then. Back then I'd seen nice complete track bikes going for $200.
