No, you are right. The top picture is photoshopped with a color filter. The second image is not. Look at the E in the second image. Their are visible white markings in the paint surrounding the E on the frame. On the first image, these marks are not there.

I like cinelli soooooo much.
I have been looking at a mid range priced frame set, but maybe ill just save up and get a cinelli instead. Would be totally worth it

Seems like the split tube might make for a weaker frame? But, then again, I don't know **** about geometry, frame strength, physics, or anything that goes into building a frame.
