I guess You all did it but today I repacked my old hub. Cleaned it, put new balls and fresh grease in it, new axle and new cones and boy is it smooooth. Kind of silk smooth nirvana reached. This might seem silly but I just wanted to share. Next step is a new rim and new spokes....
