Help with Wheels

Hey there,
I currently have a charge plug freestyler 2009, at some point i want to buy some new wheels but dont know what wheels will fit into the dropouts, i have tried to put my brothers create bike wheels on it but the hub bolt doesnt fit into the forks.
Is there any information i have been missing, is there any advice on what i should look out for so i dont end up making a mistake buying wheels online that dont fit.
Cheers.

Yeah you really should have searched the forums first....

axle size, as well as spacing varies among different wheels/bikes.

If by hub bolt you mean the axle, then it is most likely the wrong size axle. If you mean the forks are too narrow, then the spacing is different on the hub.
