Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I understand this so well... I still look for Maggie whenever I come in the house and expect her to be snuggled up to the heat register every time it comes on.

an early sweet jane (yes, after the VU song). this photo reminds me of groening's early 'life is hell' work. rat terrier, ~17lbs these days.

also, you can see the work in progress...that nasty linoleum is gone. my folks had the *exact* same stuff in their kitchen in the 70's. bonus: it has asbestos it it! after removal, hopefully i do not...

Bikes: See my sig...

He just think's I am his as you don't own cats... they own you.

His pissed off look stems from my letting him out when it was -27C... it is not like I didn't warn him how cold it was and his turn around time was under 30 seconds.

This is Sal

This is the newest addition, I found him on a ride. His name is Tim Rechner, he is a munchkin breed.

This is Finn, he is a champion cat, and a hefty 15 lbs (yet he is not fat)

Graham, whatever happened to your "dispute" with your landlord? Did s/he kicked you out because of the kitties?

Finn is a natural poser.

nice thread. Dogbacca is great!

This is Brewer McFadden. He's a Jack/King Charles mix. I am debating getting him a friend this year. We will see how it goes.

He digs a drive. I'd like to get a trailer to tow him around in.
