What BCD does the pista crankset use? Is it 135 BCD. I need a fixie I can put a really big chainring on.....60T would be nice. What else is out there that is easy to get parts for? How about Fuji fixie and langster. Do they use oddball cranks or common 130 BCD or 135BCD?
I'm thinking of like a 60X15 OR 60X16 Combo.
What gear ratio does Chris Hoy use ? I know he spins at higher cadence, but I'm curious. I'm guessing he uses about 90-94 gear inches?

Besides it would look cool with that big old chainring! 60X16 would make me a good spinner!!

60 x 16!!!
Perhaps you could get a friend to tow you with a car to get you up to a speed where you could really use that big chainring, or just hang on to the back of a city bus!
