rutledge conversion

got this rutledge 3 spd from a friend,cleaned it up and put a fixed wheelset on it,ill make a good townie.has anyone ever heard of these.found one rutledge on the net but it wasnt the same.

I have a Rutledge cruiser. I haven't found any info on them either.
