Bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, headset cups were all installed instantly upon unwrapping, the seatpost is temporary to throw it on the workstand until it's real seatpost, the stem, and the wheels get here.

Goodbye Knife. Hello Spoon. Swapped the Knife Saddle with the Spoon on my more racy Pre Cursa, which I ride with padded bibs. This bike is more comfy with the riser bar and regular shorts or pants with the Spoon saddle.

Can anyone tell me the difference between the I06 fork and the I805TR? Any help is appreciated

Well, they are both carbon/aluminum forks. The main difference is that the I805TR has a track racing rake of only 28mm, whereas the I06TR is a more street friendly 35mm rake.
