Question about double toe strap clip COVERS

Question about double toe strap clip COVERS
Ok...
Have you seen these?
They are "Leather Double Toe Strap Covers" (as per the ebay auction)
so there are two types of double strap clips, one with 2 gates, one with 4...
just curious....do the "toe strap covers" work on both types of clips? I was just wondering if perhaps the 4 gate one gets in the way of the cover being on correctly. It sort of looks like the cover is meant to straddle the metal of the 2 gate clip....
if anyone actually has these things and could let me know that would be....well, that would be just super.

I know the cover you're talking about, it came stock with my double straps. From my personal experience, I find double gate much better than a quad gate because of how much extra room it has for the straps to be tighten down even more. And yes, they cover gets in the way of a quad gate.
