+1 https://www.bikeisland.com Get a Sugino 103mm BB (BB3) and some crankbolts. They always ship for free. 20 bucks seems a little high for crankbolts. You might try https://www.universalcycles.com or https://www.nashbar.com But, they don't offer free shipping as a rule. Maybe someone else knows of a site that offers free shipping for small orders. Good luck on your conversion.
