Yeah we've got messengers here, pretty much just in downtown. Law offices use them to deliver original documents that need sigs or notories. Drive or ride by 4th and Flower, that's were they hangout waiting for dispatches.

Anywho...anyone see the article on the bicycle kitchen in the LA times last week - I was visiting my mom and pops in LA for pie day and there was a huge article in the Calendar section on Friday. Sounds like a cool place. I would imagine it is very fixie/ss culture (although the article never mentioned it) Anyone know anything about it?

Same as Quicksilver, it never claimed it was about messengers either, once again the character of the messegner was right for the part. Guy goes from the top of the world and falls to the bottom, down to a job as a messenger and is humbled and driven by his bike rather then the stock market.
Now if your talking about pie, well...now there are you have all kinds of hidden messanges.

I know who that person was. But before that some other guy was accused of stealing the tips from the bar. So yeah, we ended up going to Little Joy. Go to the shortstop NOT LOOKING like a messenger.
Bleh. Anyone participate in that Ride for Chico Che?

Vomitron and I did. It was sweet. We were going to race and just decided to ride to Chico's house and give him some encouragement...and then drink.
