Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

Old chrome bumpers. There's a whole menagerie inside the building too. That horse is almost as old as I am.

Leader I806 or something like that. Can't remember the exact model number because it came as a deal with the frame.

Agreed. I think that beefcake fork looks more balanced on the larger frame sizes.

Hi everyone,

some great bikes over here

here is mine, build by my friend, it's a single speed.

I filmed a clip in Paris with this bike and my friend's raleigh fixie.

Please take a look at it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yI8IQ...&feature=g-upl

Cheers

Thanks for all the kind words, it's treated me extremely well so far. Being as I live in Central Florida, we got a day of rain and some crazy wind and then it was over. I'm back to riding already.

Mmmm d2's
I remember when these were fetching more dollars than pista concepts on ebay due to them only being sold @ LBS dealers.
It's a shame bianchi sold out the d2 for the sw33t fixay trend:

Basically the same girl but with different dresses and jewelry.
