PURSUIT FRAME!! is it possible?
I have a friend thats going to sell me his pursuit frame and is calls for a 650 front wheel what if i used a 700 instead?? is it possible to do this?

It's probably already tight clearances with a 650. Pursuit geometry is the envy of many. I'd try to find a decent 650 wheel if I were you rather than replace the fork and risk giving it less aggressive geometry.
Oh, and do tell - what kind of frame is it? pics? (i friggin love pursuit frames)

it was a landshark-steel for $300 but he didnt want to ship. it was an ad on cl that i stumbled upon...too bad it was my size

Not saying it's the first example of impracticality in the history of riding track bikes on the street, just saying pursuit geo - especially real pursuit geo - is really stupid.
I'd say any standard "track bike" would be much more practical riding around any given city than this:

They are also not cost effective and limiting in tires and tubes if you get a flat, you have to have several extras lying around so you dont have to order them and are off your bike, in case the local lbs does not have any. I lived in several small towns where that happened
