have any of you ever seen a set of spin wheels or atleast a front wheel on a fixie. Im about to build a super rad bike for this spring and i dont know much about spin wheels but the fact that they look pretty killer.
If i remeber correctly the have some kind of internal hub set. can you change those out? has anyone ever ridden spins?

i have a friend who had a set of 700c spins on a SS road bike. he said they are pretty smooth. and yeah, all the hub business is internal, and i'm not sure if the company is still in business, so finding replacement parts if you screw them up might be difficult.

the last i heard, the company wasn't in business anymore.

anyways... if it was a shimano rear hub, couldn't you just use a surly fixxer on it?
