My right knee is acting up again and I hurt my right ankle. This is really discouraging, I can't do anything. I feel like I really ****ed up this time.

Sled is equivalent to 0.71 of squat (assuming perfect technique) . It's on a 45° angle.

So yeah, it's should feel easier. It's a completely different lift.

Today I picked up the bike from the LBS after finally cutting the steerer. Was an amazing ride home, if only it was more than 10 miles.

Today I had a fun street ride in the rain and ordered the makings of a new rear wheel.

Today I can barely walk, after stupid amounts of climbing fixed on Saturday. I think I'm finally ready to tackle a metric century fixed, without avoiding big hills, as soon as I recover.

Pretty much why I couldn't/wouldn't brag about maxing 900 something pounds on the leg press. If I could do that as a squat or deadlift ****

Did he run off after he knew it was your bike or did he actually try to fight back? Total knock out?

I confronted him, he said he found it. I said it was mine. He said he was keeping it. I grabbed the bike. He pushed me. I punched him. He got all stumble-y. I grabbed my bike and rode to the track. Wasn't a total knock out, but he wasn't all there.

Don't do meth.
