Today I had the usual class, band, boredom, nothingness. Went to the local coffee shop for open mic night a few friends were playing, had some good times and good drinks.

today I was denied on my home insurance claim for water damage. apparently replacing an entire roof 6 years ago is not proper maintainance and the hidden ongoing water leak through my roof, into my crawlspace, the floor in my crawlspace, into the main floor wall causing mild mold and now visible damage is entirely my fault.
initial tear out and mold control was quoted at +$10000.
don't worry insurance company, I'll be fine with my single income two young children situation. ****ers
