Today I sat with my girlfriend through her newest (about 4 hr) tattoo, and then came home to find her bike waiting for me. Built it up, and its ready to go to the shop to have the wheels trued/tensed. All around pretty good day.

Wait, rides bikes AND likes tattoos? Man, some people have it all...

Yea, sometimes. This is her first ssfg too, so its a different experience. And with he tattoo thing, she's actually going to pitch a bit of money towards my next tattoo, which I'm going to get in a couple weeks.

woke up at 5:30am, sucks on a saturday... but i had time to brew up the kolsch, and now I can get some other stuff done. excited for the kolsch. also excited to drink this BPA (and not let jdg have any) that has been in the bottle for almost three months.

Oh yea, today I got a haircut. Morton's Steakhouse for dinner. HW from now til then.

Tonight is my bike club's first ever event! Nothing too ambitious, since it's February and it's cold out (currently 36, low tonight 28). We're gonna meet at a cool bar and hang for a few hours, then ride together to Windy City Soul Club dance party. I hope we get a good turn out! Once the weather gets better we'll start organizing bar crawls and women's alleycats and stuff.

My legs are a little tired from riding close to 40 miles yesterday, so riding another 15+ and dancing should be interesting. I may not be able to walk tomorrow.
