Today I climbed Mt. Diablo for the first time. It was a good day.

Stats of "Mount Diablo in FM Stereo": Pleasant Hill > North Gate > Summit > South Gate Loop. Sixteen: Fifteen cyclists and a speed skater. 44 miles, 3,947 ft. elevation, 44mph max speed, 11.5mph average speed. all on a track bike with a heavy ass backpack full of goodies for the summit.

Today I worked. No surprise there. By the time I'm done with work tomorrow I will have done close to 70 hours in five days. Good times. Oh, and I got a line on Felt TK2&3's at cost. Awesome.

yeah ime any given mileage on a fg (esp. if it has teh track geo) is alot harsher than w a roadie.

I can't really ride my flite 100 for more than 2 hrs without getting achy.

Fort Mason

I've always wanted to go, but I wasn't going to pony up $20 and wait hours in line. I went this year though because my friend's friend who went earlier in the day gave us their wristbands. Saved us $20 a piece and the wait in line
