Nope, one for him, and one goes on display in the shop I believe.

Hahahaha. Thanks, Jesse. Leuky, I (and the other two guys, Adam and Dan) went on all 6 Rapha Cycle Club-lead rides over the Festive 500km Challenge, including a 106mi century. For that, we got mugs made with our caricatures to be displayed in the Cycle Shop. We will be getting our own as well.

Today I: accepted an offer to join a fellow WPH:SF rider and his teammate on the MASH NAHBS TT race to Sac. 71mi, fixed. Should be ****ing awesome; I'm stoked.

Do you think it would be better to drive over or ferry over from Oakland?

Ferry from Jack London all the way. It's pretty breath taking if you decide to sit out doors on the upper level of the ferry and feel the wind in your face, plus you get a up close and personal view of the bay bridge as approach and eventually you go under it.

Today I finally fixed my flat tire, only took 2 weeks. My bike looks weird going from 35c tires to 25c tires.

I don't know if I'm going yet, but if I do I'll be sure to say hi!

Found our new polo spot. Bonus: I've got an in with the city's Parks & Rec administration, so we might be able to make it permanent. It'd be freakin' awesome if we could paint some lines on it.

Also I was riding along on the bike path, tires FULL of mud from my failed mountain bike session, and ate total **** trying to take a hairpin turn way too fast. First time I've crashed my bike since I was a teenager. There were 3 feet of skid marks from my bike sliding sideways, it was hilarious.

Today I:

1. wrote my old non-landlord to give me my deposit money back for the apt i never moved into. only what's reasonable, not the whole month's rent that i only used a day and a half of.
2. interviewed at my favorite bike shop
3. lunch latte with jdg
4. facebooked way too much
5. rode the nature boy
6. finished a roll off the black slim devil
7. considered selling my iro wheelset and after this post will put it up on CL
8. enjoyed the sun
9. shared http://cyclistthings.tumblr.com/
10. grooved to http://vimeo.com/18020585
11. wrote a thank you note to go out tomorrow

it was a good day. not overly productive but not bad at all. now for the waiting game.
