Good stuff. My girlfriend has been watching how much she eats because she has been feeling self conscious about her weight gain over the last couple years.

Today I ShooGooed the **** out of my mtb shoes because I wore down the outsoles and consequently wore out the cleats. I kinda want to take this as an opportunity to get different pedals, maybe go back to SPD.

I hate like 15lbs of indian food in the last 24 hours then did a ride today, which was unexpected because the forecast said rain so I kept stuffing myself with curry. First few miles were unpleasant

need to cut the calories down now too, 100 degree sun makes me really want mfing ice cream and arizona tea on the regular though

I grew up with a best friend who was from India and for a time, that was pretty much all I ate or wanted to eat.

It is still among my favourite cuisines (tastes like home) and we are blessed with an abundance of good Indian restaurants and I can cook up some rather excellent dishes myself.

Yes, you and misskaz. I thought "Nagrom" was just random and did not know that "kaz" was such a major abbreviation.

I've been using "Nagrom" for everything for ever. Some bastard beat me to it here, so I had to add the "_"...
What really ticks me off is that he has three posts, and hasn't logged in for a year....

meh...

Trails are soaked here Been raining since 4am or so. Sticking to road rides today. If pavement is dry come 5:30 I might do the 10mi TT this evening.
