Today I:
Fresh Garbage
Good stuff. My girlfriend has been watching how much she eats because she has been feeling self conscious about her weight gain over the last couple years.
Today I ShooGooed the **** out of my mtb shoes because I wore down the outsoles and consequently wore out the cleats. I kinda want to take this as an opportunity to get different pedals, maybe go back to SPD.

I hate like 15lbs of indian food in the last 24 hours then did a ride today, which was unexpected because the forecast said rain so I kept stuffing myself with curry. First few miles were unpleasant

I grew up with a best friend who was from India and for a time, that was pretty much all I ate or wanted to eat.
It is still among my favourite cuisines (tastes like home) and we are blessed with an abundance of good Indian restaurants and I can cook up some rather excellent dishes myself.

Also, the Tiny Fix bike gang is one of the most simultaneously adorable and badass things I have seen. Major props.

It was so nice down here yesterday but Wil Wheaton was still rockin' a scarf and hoody for his train trip from Seattle to Portland, just in case.
