I wish it wasn't looked down upon to carry something a little bigger on the belt. I have a Cold Steel Tanto Lite to use hiking/camping/backpacking. Great knife for like no money.

I finally got an email from the guy with the super deal on a beatnik on CL. He sold it the first day it was up, and it took him another five days to finally email me to say it was gone.

Repacked headset, new brake pads, trued rear wheel, happy bike. I got a line on a 2011 Giant Bowery '84 in the wife's size for dirt cheap. Just needs a rear wheel *cough Scrod cough*.

Today I wanted to go create a pedalroom account and found that someone took my username. :(

i'm usually more of a Spyderco fan, but the Benchmade Mini Griptillian is awesome for edc:
http://www.knifeworks.com/productima...M555HG-PNK.jpg today i needed a headlight. got stuck at work really late. around town a blinky is fine at night, but out on a county road w/o streetlights, not so much. super creepy. with only about 12' visibility and no cars around i was convinced i was going to roll up fast on some animal or zombie or some such. buddy at the local shop said he'd slide me a Cygolite Metro 300 for $30 when i come in to pick up fenders for the winter commuter. |
Today I finally bought a chainring nut wrench and centered my chainring. Why did I wait so long??

Yea it is! basically turns a folder into a fixed blade. My dad won one of the nicer 16's as a door prize a few years ago at the state IDPA match. Great knife.

I thought you guys were talking about knives.
I want/will soon get a Spyderco. i'll recommend the full flat grind Delica. easy to sharpen (i use the unglazed ring on the bottom of my coffee mug) and unless you get the knife bug, probably the last knife you'll ever need. |
