Bikes: KHS touring thing that's old, French? fixxie, 69 schwinn stingray show bike.

spinner bash rings?

i recently was told about bash rings that have been seen that are like spinners for cars. when you stop at a light or whatever they just keep blingin'. anyone know what i'm talking about?

ok, those wheels are tight, but hes talking about the chain guard, the ones that are attached to the chainring. I saw a guy in portland who had one that would just spin, and like he said before, when he stopped it would bling.
