Sunshine professional hubs?

Anyone have any info on these hubs? Apparently they are campy knockoffs but I have no other info on them other then they are pre-NJS. Are they any good? I have an opportunity to pick these up laced to some nice hard anodized hoops. Thanks!

Sanshin ("Sunshine") made SunTour's hubs in the 80s. Before that, they made a wide range of hubs, including keirin hubs certified by "BIA" (the predecessor to NJS).

Some of their hubs were pretty generic, but any with a "BIA" stamp ought to be pretty good.
