rear spacing & 8mm track end

rear spacing & 8mm track end
Question about a Bridgestone track frame, it has (Shimano UF-P 8 dropouts)
8MM dropouts, but with 120 rear spacing. did they make those? just making sure the frame wasn't stretched to fit 120mm hub. It seems most track ends that are 8mm
are also 110mm rear spacing, but maybe they made them with 120mm spacing as well.
If it is legit, can i just get a normal track hub and slot them to fir the 8mm drop outs?
