BD Icon head lamp, Superflash rear. Sometimes add my 6v homemade headlight (using a tracklight bulb) and extra cygolite battery for some floodlight if riding trails.

I used to use the Superflash until someone stole it off my bike, best taillight ever. But right now I'm content with the Blinky3 in the back, and I use the Beamer3 up front.

I'd recommend the PDW Radbot 1000, about the same price at most places and it is 1W light.

It's supposedly 300 lumens, although i've seen another site list the same light at 220lm, expecting about 100lm tbh, which is still very bright for the price. Rechargeable battery is really nice with 4 hour run time. The beam width adjusts which is nice for spotlight or flood. and for only $20 shipped you can't go wrong

i use cheapy Zefal brand LED front and rear lights which i got off CL for $10. Great for city riding if you mostly want to be seen by cars.. can't say how good it is if you're actually out in the cuts and need a headlight to see the road

i also got some LEDs for my wheels which mount on the tire valves.. they look pretty sick at night but it's more for show than saftey

fenix ld 20 front and pdw radbot1000; I can see and can be seen at night.

I especially love the fenix high power strobe mode; gets everyone's attention and annoys the F out of motorists, especially if you continually pursuit them.

Thanks for all the info.. I have checked out most of the lights you guys seem to be using online but have not been able to hit my lbs yet.. I def want a light that is not huge and easy to take on and off but still packs a punch to annoy motorists.. Thanks again everyone..

Ps. Ride Fast and stay safe everyone..

I've dropped mine probably a dozen times (usually my fault). It explodes into 4 pieces every time, and I've put it back together every time. 4 years old and still working fine.

I've gone nuclear: Lupine Betty on the head and Lupine Wilma on the bars, Light & Motion Vis at the back (brilliant design, hella bright).

If the lights are for seeing, rather than just being seen, Exposure Lights gives you by far the most light for the weight (though they are expensive): https://www.exposurelights.com/
