Sexy. Finally complete.

Idk about you guys but the decals in this case really complete the bike IMO. If you're wondering how your bike would look without them, it's a couple clicks in photoshop away.

I think I'll just settle for some Deep V's laced to formulas. The same guy has a like new set for $2750.

I hear Prussian quality started to plummet around '47.... even with gold nipples, probably not worth the money....

if we keep going, the new kids will think we're all serious. kids, we're kidding. uncle jamboo was just being angry for the thing we did to him. he'll forgive us soon.

Should I sell my Gibson Flying V on Craigslist to fund a Chinese frame road build (Cervelo S3 style frame with Campy Veloce components)? I have 13 guitars/basses at the moment and the V is my newest so I have the least connection to it but it's still a sweet guitar.

do you have an explorer?

i wouldn't get rid of a v unless i had a real explorer. then i'd drop it like haute fyah

hell, i can't even play more than power chords but i'd stil rather have an explorer than a chinese carbon veloce group build.

maybe a real S3 would be worth getting rid of a gibson...

*goes back to making terrible noises on his epiphone gothic g-400*

I don't have an Explorer which I would also prefer over the V as you can comfortably play it sitting down. However, I do have a Dean Cadillac which has the top half of an Explorer and the bottom of an LP . Getting rid of a Gibson isn't an issues as I would still have my '61 re-issue SG and my LP Custom.

Is the Veloce group bad? I've only ever had Shimano (600 and 105) or Sram (Rival) groups on my bikes.
