If he made a high offer right then and there, I would probably sell it, especially if you do not plan to ride it often.

Velocity deep v stickers; keep 'em or lose 'em?

No, you've heard right. The Arione is comfortably to a lot of people, and uncomfortable to a lot of people.
And it is true for every saddle. Everyone's butt is different. I will tell you that the Arione will likely fit you better if you are more thinner and more flexible, but this is just a trend. There are always exceptions. |
thanks redpear i think ill try it out, i am rather light (155lbs @ 5'11") so i think it wont be uncomfortable. does anyone by chance know the difference between the two saddles i linked in my previous post? as far as i can tell they have the same name but just different color styles?
|
It's really hard to tell, but if there is a difference it'll be in rail material.
I should note that I wasn't referring to weight. By thinner and flexible I meant your sit bones are thinner and you ride more 'tucked.' |

I'm usually pro decals but these being just a red & yellow sticker I wasn't sure... and it doesn't hurt to double check a general consensus. Nonetheless I'm leaning toward taking them off as they seem to take away from the final build IMO.

oh and ill plus 1 the arione as well.

I've never had a problem with my Arione from day one. I don't know, it looks uncomfortable and I kinda expected to hate it, but I never think about it once I'm on it, which is high praise for a saddle for me.
