High-vis green, yes. Our favorite hashtag would be proud. Not so sure about the white.

Is it generally okay to cat 6 the bike cops? They are always going like 10mph and I'm generally closer to 30 but I for some reason am worried that they are going to look at me from behind and see I don't have a rear brake and ask me to stop. Plus, even though there aren't any signs posted I'm pretty sure the speed limit on the trail is 15mph. I guess I could always pretend I didn't hear them but then I'm afraid they'll radio ahead to someone. Am I being paranoid?

I agree.
The green would be sweet on that ride, and the white would look alright on that ride. For a couple days. Then it would get dirty. At least if it were mine it would. I'm kinda careless though. I'll be working on the bike and adjusting things and getting greasy and then I end up touching the bars... my wraps typically look good for about a week. Tops. That's why I just went ahead and bought black this time.

I have that exact tape (same seller and everything) on my SS conversion. It's BRIGHT. I bought it to match the housing I scavenged off a Murray.

Yessssss for the neon green. Does that ever look terrible?
White is okay, if it was my bike I'd go black or faux leather.

It's such a hard bike to find a good color bar tape for. The frame is this gold color with a sick greenish tinge, not cute at all. The decals are black and white for the most part. There's like one spot with Celeste and then the red/white/green italian flag colors.

Untitled by kazbo, on Flickr

It came with black, I had Celeste cork tape that got dirty too fast. Now it has shiny red microtek but I don't like it. The white lizardskins seems like it would clean up better than cork, and there's white detail on my saddle so I thought it might match. I dunno.

Alas, because the gold of my frame is a sickly greenish gold, every gold tape I've found clashes rather than matches.

Well I was thinking of a mostly black tape but with some little gold metallic flecks/sprinkles/flakes, but I can't seem to find anything like that.

Hmm... what about the zebra stripes?

Pick up a Sun M13 wheelset or hold out until i could afford a better box section?

Although, this is amidst me saving to buy a new guitar amp but also hating that I decided to buy origin 8/weinmann super deep (super heavy) v's over year ago.
