My answers are based on what non-stock part is worth the most on each of these bikes, not necessarily what I paid... For the TET and Kilo I got a the wheelset and the crankset for a stupid low price or free through trading/bartering.
TET: Novatec Force wheelset; let's say $50 in "labor" just because I went through a lot of trouble to get them for the price I did
Kilo: Sugino 75 crankset; free
Motobecane Track: KMC Z710; $15
FTP: I expect the most expensive part to be the crankset (Omniums) when I get around to buying them; Anywhere between $120-$190 depending on used/new...

In the past I owned a Mavic IO that I bought used for $2400 and sold for $1800. Currently the most expensive part is a Zipp disc that cost me $1350 4 years ago. I have never used these wheels on the street, however, so IDK if they are relevant to this thread.

Single part wise and framesets not counting, my all time most expensive part by manufacturer's worth (MSRP) would be my campagnolo bora ultra 2, followed by my hed 3 road rear, red brifters, then sram s80 rear, and then the brooks swallow Ti I just ordered.
Roadie stuff aside, for track it'll be my reynolds SDVC66's, followed by my front Hed 3, philwood japanese hurricane relief hubs (probably never going to get them laced as I've not found a worthy rim for them and they look darn good on the mantel back home), sugino grand mighty crankarms (I got them with my cdale track), and then a set of sugino 75's.
If frames count, then my wife's orbea orca GDi2 would take the cake before my older model does for roadie... only if I was short enough to fit a 48cm...
For track/ fixed frames, I'll go by street price because it seems to be all that matters for fixed gear; it'll be my '92 cdale track (I'm the second owner heh), '04 pista concept in matte black with army lettering...

My used M-950 hub-9 speed-Mavic 517 ceramic -titanium spokes- rear wheel.
Paid maybe $130 total EBAY.
I guess the OO must have shelled out maybe $200+ to have it built. He must have been a weight weenie to pay maybe $30 or so more to save a very few grams on the spokes.

Dura-Ace drivetrain.
Although I think my Thomson seatpost is the most "embarrassed to have spent so much money on a single part" thing that I own.

All of the stuff on the Earl is sh**, so I will leave that out.
On the Cannondale it would probably be my SRAM Force crank with BB30 and then followed by my Rival shifters.

On my sscx build, aside from the frame ($450) the wheelset was the most expensive bit at $175 on sale. The King headset was a close second place.
On my beater ss roadie, the B-17 costs more than I spent on the wheel components, but someone gave it to me so I can't count it. I guess the $98 wheels were the most expensive part. The rest of that bike (frame included) is dumpster and garage scrounged parts.
Right now, the Contour HD camera I've got under the handlebar is the most expensive thing on it.

Seriously never sleep on ebay. You can get away with a lot for dirt cheap.

Yea, like the new Omniums I got for <$130 shipped and the "Flight" saddle I got for $27 shipped. eBay is a great resource for saving money, but that also depends how much money your time is worth. If you want good deals, you have to be patient or lucky or both.

Hmmm...I do not know.
Fixed Gear: Probably the bike itself (Trek T1). If a complete bike does not count, the Specialized Romin Pro saddle was the most money. I think it was $120 or something around there.
Roadie: Shoot, I have no idea. Madone framset, Force / RED group, XXXlite bar / stem. Here, i'll say they most ridiculous expensive that I could have done without are the XXXlite bottle cages. Although, I got a deal on all that stuff so it wasn't too bad.

White Industries Eno freewheel cog... committed to buying it from a forum member, pretty sure I won't be riding the bike anytime in the near future.

Whats a co-op?
A place that you can sell/donate parts to and they usually have classes to teach people how to fix up their bikes. They also sell very inexpensive bikes that people have donated for a pretty reasonable price. Sort of like the u-pull-it/used parts of the bike world.
