Singlespeed & Fixed Gear "I still feel that variable gears are only for people over forty-five. Isn't it better to triumph by the strength of your muscles than by the artifice of a derailer? We are getting soft...As for me, give me a fixed gear!"-- Henri Desgrange (31 January 1865 - 16 August 1940)

I think I like it, but I can't find any more info than what you see on that page... and I really can't tell by the way they list it, if it comes assembled or not... any thoughts are appreciated.

Don't know about that model but the cheap shimano coaster hub on my k-mart cruiser took 9 years of abuse before it became unserviceable.

It will come assembled but I'd make sure it was true and the spokes evenly tensioned before I put it on the bike and rode it. Doing so will most definitely help it last longer.

Don't forget to order a rim strip or rim tape.
