Bars Turning Right! Help!

My brother just purchased a fixie today and hes been riding it and noticing that the bars and wheel are turning right, on their own, while he is riding. if he lets go of the bars, then the wheel will completely turn right. ive checkedthe wheel and fork and cannot find the problem, it is also not the headset either

Where did you buy it? If you purchased it from a LBS take it back to them, even if you didn't it wouldn't hurt to take it to them.

It's possible that the frame is is out of alignment but that doesnt usually have as strong of an effect as with the fork. So you're saying the headset is tight?

Steel fork?

If so, you may be able to bend it back into alignment withing decent tolerances. Aka, decent enough to get down the road.

Looking for perfection may require shop tools.

Carbon/AL you effed. Or, your bro.
