how tall are you and what size is your bike, because i know a few people who prefer small bikes even though they are somewhat big(tall), and rise versa.....i'm about 5'6'' and i ride a 51

im 5'8 and i ride a 55. I bought it about an inch ago so i have had to do a little ajusting here and there. My dad aint buying me a new bike till i cant completely ride this one any more. so hey. there yah go.

I'm 5'4". The Bianchi is 49 cm, and the Nishiki is 48 cm. It's probably just the brand/design difference, but that 1 cm difference is HUGE. So the Nishiki feels a little small, but it's my winter bike so it's fine; both bikes are comfortable.

I'm 5'7" and my bike is a 54cm. I suspect I may have a long torso. The saddle is fairly low (still positioned properly) but is also set back a lot. 100mm stem, 170mm cranks. Everything fits perfectly.

I'm 5'6" and riding what I believe is a 49cm. I'm gonna go measure it at l lunch.

6' and ride a 59

I'm 6'4". Most of my bikes are around 60cm on centers with around 15-20cm of seat post exposed. My favorite has a 60cm top tube w/ 130 stem.

6'1" or 2" on a guess, 59cm frame. My legs are a good length.

6' and 56 frame. short torso.

That favorite sounds like an interesting geometry. I would guess the 60cm is too small but the 60cm TT is probably right on.

I am 6'3'' and ride a 62cm frame cnt/cnt with a 58TT and 110mm stem. Fits like my old baseball glove. I think old school racers used to get small frames to save weight and have a stiffer ride. I rode small frames because I could never afford a nice bike but now that I have one that fits there is no going back.

6'0" exactly, and both my bikes have been tourers with 59cm ctc seat tubes, never measured the TTs. both fit great. not sure what size exactly to get on my new track bike since i've never ridden one....

They seem generally proportional, and I have been told by at least a couple people that I have nice man-legs.

6'4" and my inseam is almost a meter (99.5 cm). Needless to say that I have a smaller torso, but with monkey arms as well. Ride a 64 C-C with 58 TT nowadays, and my mountain bike is a 20" with a good 12" of seat post showing.

5' 10" - 55cm

my height: 5'11"
seat tube: 57cm c-t-c
top tube: same
stem: 110mm

it's a road frame, and fits me comfortably, especially with riser bars on there.

6'2", 34" inseam, long torso.
My road bike is a compact 61cm with a 59cm TT. The fixie is 60cm c-c with a 59cm TT.

wow. mine is at 94cm. and acording to their table I should ride a 66.5 -68 bike. thats crazy. I could
never reach that handlebar. I am a freak. No wonder it always appears to me that everyone is
walking so slow.

Beating you, I'm off the chart. I'd like to mail them to get their idea on what a frame should look like based on a 99.5 inseam...

6 foot, 57 frame

Yea, in a perfect world I'd probably have a 62cm, but the 60cm TT just felt too good to let go. I love that bike. Seems like with most frames by the time the TT is long enough for me, the seat tube is way too big.

5 feet tall, on a 43cm

my bike geometry is a little strange (top tube slopes down towards the seat, opposite from a pursuit angle) so i think the 43cm measurement is a bit skewed. i'm thinking i could try a 46cm, but unfortunately, i don't have the luxury of hopping on other ppl's rides to experiment with sizing -- no one is as small as me!!

i'm 6'1", and i have 3 different rides - commuter's a 58, the road bike is a 59, and i have a frame that was custom built for a friend that's something like a 54 seat tube with a 59 top tube...

too bad i have the opposite problem he does: my legs are long, and my torso's a bit compact. i'll likely have a custom built for me in the next year or two.

I have a hard time trying to find frames under 50 cm, especially used frames. I don't envy your situation
