I would like to offer the following to all:
My friend is in Iraq. It sucks. He signed up to do the job, and he is doing it. He is far away from his family. So are his fellow troopers. Some of them have nothing more than what has been issued to them. What I propose is a box of goods sent to them via me. This is not a joke. I want to make sure that during the holiday season, our troops are not forgotten. If you wish to make a contribution, PM me. Or email me at renegademaster@trackbike.com
I want to have a box of things ready to go by Dec 15th at the latest, which means if there is anything you wish to contribute, it would need to get here by the 14th.
What we can send:
Books, periodicals, sealed food (example: tuna in the foil pouch), CDs, sundries/toiletries, letters, whatever you think you would like to see if you were where these women and men are. Keep in mind that any material that might be offensive here will more than likely not be appreciated by Iraqis. It is their nation and we still need to be mindful of that.
Try and put aside politics here people – there are enough crusades going on right now; we do not need anymore. If you are unable to remain non-political in this effort, I can understand that and thanks for reading this.
