Yeah, I'm a big guy and I drink a lot. I honestly think that secondhand weed smoke is what did me in though. I can drink all day and be fine, but 2 hits from a bowl and I'm done for.

As I am the one who started the thread, my above statement stands. Do you not imbibe for religious reasons, or for your health, or for a different reason? Don't feel that you must answer, as I am merely curious.

I imbibe for my mental health. Sometimes an ice cold beer (or two, or three) after a ride home from work is just what I need.

sounds like my friday night last week where my friends and i made a rule where we couldn't order the same drink twice. started off with an ipa followed by a jack n coke, sam adams, tequila kamikaze, adios, la water, and lastly a double shot of cazadores. puking on the hwy ensued shortly after.

Nice. This was just me being in a band and people giving me drinks cuz onstage we were calling for booze haha.

(and as to the undercurrent, i didn't drink for 16 years because the guys around me used alcohol as an excuse to do really awful things. later i had sports goals to pursue and alcohol didn't figure in. now i enjoy beer/wine as food/part of a meal and not as a vehicle to get messed up....)

Surprisingly good, at least the first 2/3 was. A nice, mildly sweet caramel taste, very roasty.
