if you've got the money splash on some campag carbon cranks. they look pretty black from most angles ;-)

sorry i just thought that seeing as they do the record chainset in carbon there must be a track equivalent

there were just some shimano white cranks on ebay. pretty crappy and they went for $40 or so just cuz of the color. i have a set of suntour superbe pros and i think they are just perfectly the most gorgeous cranks ever. not black though.
