Purveyors of SSFG, I know you is fashionable.

Looking for a pair of gloves. I'm in de'souf so fingerless is the way to go. For dexterity and what nots.

Like plaid and houndstooth. Sweat wiping preferred.

Bikes: 2010 Windsor The Hour, 1982 Fuji Supreme

These come up for 20 bucks on bonktown a lot. I like the retro styling of them, but they're not super padded if that's what you want. Fit is nice and snug.

Just get gloves that pop on Bonktown. They have tons of different kinds that pop up for cheap. I suggest the browser addon.

I've never used them myself. I almost bought them when I used to work on cars a bunch, but I decided I hate wearing gloves when working on cars. Do they have decent padding or anything?

They are available in many colors to match whatever bike you have!

Walk into any well-stocked bike shop and you'll have lots to choose from.

I wear Specialized fingerless gloves for road riding in summer.

Bikes: good ones.

If I were to buy a pair of gloves, I think I'd go crochet.

Cheap too.

...really hoping for plaid to match my winter scarf. Personal shopping hunt continues.

In the meantime, old pair of neoprene gloves. Gawd, the smell.

i found a waterproof pearl izumi shell that goes over other normal gloves for i believe a tenner.

i dont like wearing gloves unless its cold. if you absolutely need gloves for padding for a ten or twenty or thirty mile ride, its not because you have weak hands.

Great! I have been looking for an excuse to visit that pungent smelling leather store around the corner.

my current favorites, Nike weightlifting gloves from Dick's. Stretchy and breathe great on top, bottom is tough as... um, leather. All day comfy.
