Segmented Forks

Saw this pic online:

And figured a segmented steel fork in raw or black would probably look pretty good on the TET.

Is there anybody that makes an affordable segmented fork? E.g. I'm not looking to spend anything near the price range of a Wound Up (or I'd just get a Wound Up).

Those drop outs are ugly.

I wish I had thought of this earlier in the semester cuz I could have built a fork for my welding project instead of a tall bike.

That's exactly what I'm looking for, but in 1-1/8"!!

But seriously now I'm thinking about building one... novacycles.com has the steerer tube/blades/drop outs for right around $55. How hard could a few straight tubes be to weld together, right?

I'm really surprised Livery doesn't offer that in 1 1/8".

Geekhouse has a custom fork for like $275.

However it might be above you're price range and has almost no info online

I left that one out because of the price.

Yea, Igleheart makes them, too, but they're like $400. For that price I could just buy a few sets of fork blades and steer tubes and have some fun while I'm at it.

Cool, that's the cheapest one I've seen so far. Thanks!

But they seem to think rake isn't important 'cuz I can't find it on their website...
