Bianchi Quality: How is it?
I've been a fan of Bianchi for a while but never actually had a chance to ride on, only check them out in a store and those were their mid to upper end geared road bikes.
Can anyone attest to their build quality of the Super Pista frame set or any of their steel fixed gear bikes and their warranty?
I know the Super Pista frame set is fairly expensive, but if I plan to ride on the track, even recreationally, I'd like a really solid track frame. I won't be riding on the road or in urban/rough settings, and instead will be sticking to paved paths and trails in the Chicago area, so steel is becoming less of a necessity.

there have been a few instances documented here where they really came through for people. Someone had a crack develop and they had a new frame to them in no time flat. Never dealt with a super pista in person though.

if you're looking for a high quality steel frame, check out wabi as well.
out of your choices, if money wasn't an issue, I'd choose the Cinelli, though I don't have facts ready to back that up why. however, you can get a complete pista for almost the same cost as a gazzetta frameset
