Saturday's ride, 17 riders in total, about 40km long with some steep climbs and some sketchy fast downhill sections.
http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...23479706_o.jpg http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...85027947_o.jpg http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...05394883_o.jpg I'm completely addicted to mountain biking, threes not many road riders around here and only one fixed gear rider (friend of mine), so I would end riding the roads with just one friend or alone. While I do enjoy some solitude from time to time, it feels great to ride in big groups and there's always a bunch of people to mountain bike with. Being able to keep up with the geared bikes on my rigid SS feels great and has earned me a bunch of nicknames already. |

From my ride on Saturday.
http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...s/8b6afb96.jpg My friend with the 725 in the middle is a hipster, in case you couldn't tell. To his defense, he did ride over 100 miles total between Thursday and Saturday. |
