Yep, it's the Manayunk towpath.

I didn't go far, but it had taken me a while to get the rig set. This was our maiden voyage: me, Decker (min pin) and Ohna (Rat Terrier). uh oh. This pics look big.

Going to have to call that saddle a chin rest. :)

Didn't plan it that way but yeah, she has a convenient fixed gear chin rest.
