Sugino 75 bottom bracket?

So I picked up a pair of Sugino 75 cranks for $2 dollars yesterday. I don't have the bottom bracket needed for them. I plan to use them on my fixed gear. They are meant for road use I believe. My bike is french so I need the old fashioned bottom bracket. What sizes fit excluding the expensive sugino 75 bottom bracket.

$2? really?

French threads? Velo Orange threadleas bottom bracket if you can get one with the right length spindle with ISO taper

There is no cheap option.

I believe that it needs a 109 mm iso for the track size. If i wanted to use the outer chainring side would I get an 108? Since my crank is a road double?

Yeah. $1 an arm. You can hate me.

The Road 75 uses the same 109mm spindle as the Track 75.

But could I also use a 108 iso size to get the outer chain ring to line up at 42 mm?

108 would make it just 1mm narrower...it'll be fine.

I use 75's with a 110.5 phil wood...1.5mm wider.

Also wouldn't a 103 JIS taper work? IS a cartridge bottom bracket really better? I can get just the axle I need for fairly cheap.

If the existing cups are still usable, all you need is a spindle of the appropriate length for your crank.

If they're not usable, then you'll need to consider a cartridge of some sort. As noted, Velo-Orange offers a threadless cartridge, but recently they added a French thread version of the same thing:

And Phil still offers French thread mounting rings for their bottom brackets.

Where would he get a new spindle alone? Most used ones arent worth looking at because theyre worn out

There are likely other sources as well.
