Sugino 75 bottom bracket?
So I picked up a pair of Sugino 75 cranks for $2 dollars yesterday. I don't have the bottom bracket needed for them. I plan to use them on my fixed gear. They are meant for road use I believe. My bike is french so I need the old fashioned bottom bracket. What sizes fit excluding the expensive sugino 75 bottom bracket.

If the existing cups are still usable, all you need is a spindle of the appropriate length for your crank.
If they're not usable, then you'll need to consider a cartridge of some sort. As noted, Velo-Orange offers a threadless cartridge, but recently they added a French thread version of the same thing:

And Phil still offers French thread mounting rings for their bottom brackets.
